Paid Time Off – G&W understands the importance of employee-life outside of work and
has implemented a Paid-Time-Off (PTO) program that allows employees
maximum flexibility:
- Employees accrue PTO on a bi-weekly basis;
PTO hours are put into the employee’s PTO account. Hours taken
are simply deducted from the employee’s PTO account.
- PTO may be taken for any absence,
including planned vacations, personal emergencies and
activities, and short-term illness.
- Time off may be taken in as little as
2-hour increments, allowing the employee to attend to personal
concerns without having to use significant amounts of accrued
time.
- Employees may carryover up to 80 PTO hours
at the end of the calendar year.
